Monthly bookkeeping summary for a UAE business — reconciled books and management reports

Why monthly discipline matters

Bookkeeping isn't paperwork. It's your legal backbone.

  • Mandatory records — the FTA requires 5 years of VAT records and 7 years of corporate-tax records, producible on request.
  • Faster filings — clean monthly books make VAT and corporate-tax filings straightforward instead of a year-end scramble.
  • Bank & auditor ready — reconciled, IFRS-aligned books your bank and auditor will accept without rework.
  • Real profit visibility — know your true monthly profit, not a guess built on unreconciled statements.

Bookkeeping FAQs

Questions about bookkeeping in Dubai

How much do bookkeeping services cost in Dubai?

Basic bookkeeping in Dubai typically costs AED 500–1,500/month. Our Finance Essentials package starts at AED 2,000/month and includes monthly bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, VAT workings and quarterly P&L and balance sheet — see full packages.

Is bookkeeping mandatory in the UAE?

Yes. Every UAE business must maintain proper accounting records — 5 years for VAT records and 7 years for corporate-tax records — and produce them on request by the Federal Tax Authority.

How is this different from hiring a freelance bookkeeper?

A freelancer records transactions. We run the month-end properly: reconciled books, VAT and corporate-tax readiness, receivables ageing, management reports and a one-page Founder Finance Brief — with no visa, insurance or management overhead. How we work.

Can you fix our books if they are months behind?

Yes. Backlog clean-up is a standard part of onboarding: we reconstruct the missing months, reconcile banks and receivables, and bring you to a clean opening position before the monthly rhythm starts.

Which accounting software do you work with?

Xero, QuickBooks and Zoho Books. If you're still on spreadsheets, we migrate you to a clean setup during onboarding without losing a single transaction.
