Who we help
From retail shops, restaurants, agencies and contractors to consultancies, trading companies and professional firms. Any UAE business whose owner still makes every finance decision on gut feel fits here — we are not limited to one industry or one company size.
Why these businesses search for us the most: high transaction volumes, VAT and corporate-tax obligations, owner-led decisions — and finance needs that are too big for a part-time bookkeeper but too small to justify a full in-house finance team.
Where we work: Dubai · Abu Dhabi · Sharjah · Ajman · Ras Al Khaimah — and every UAE free zone, including DMCC, JAFZA, IFZA, DAFZA and Meydan. Fully remote, so your emirate doesn't change the price.

Questions owners ask us
A bookkeeper records transactions. We run your monthly finance function: reconciled books, VAT and corporate-tax readiness, receivables visibility, management reports and a 13-week cash forecast — plus a one-page Founder Brief that tells you what needs your attention.
No. We provide accounting, VAT workings and compliance-readiness support. For regulated representation before the Federal Tax Authority, we work with registered UAE tax partners.
Often, yes — as the reporting layer above them. We take your existing books and add month-end discipline, management reporting, receivables ageing and the Founder Brief, so the owner finally sees the full picture.
Xero, QuickBooks and Zoho Books. If you're on spreadsheets, we'll migrate you as part of onboarding.
Documented access controls, separate work accounts with MFA, restricted client folders, regular backups, signed NDAs and a clear access-termination process when the engagement ends.
A 15-minute call where we look at your current reporting, month-end process and cash visibility, and identify the gaps — whether or not you ever become a client. No pitch deck.
Packages are monthly. We ask new clients for an initial 3-month commitment so the first clean month-end and reporting rhythm can be established properly.
Typical market ranges: basic bookkeeping AED 500–1,500/month, SME bookkeeping plus VAT AED 1,500–4,000/month, and full compliance with corporate tax AED 3,500–7,000/month. Our packages run AED 2,000–5,000+/month depending on transaction volume and scope — see the pricing section above.
Yes. Every UAE business must maintain proper accounting records — 5 years for VAT records and 7 years for corporate-tax records — and produce them on request. Clean monthly books are a legal requirement, not just good practice.
VAT registration becomes mandatory once taxable supplies and imports exceed AED 375,000 in the previous 12 months (or are expected to in the next 30 days). Voluntary registration is available from AED 187,500.
For a financial year ending 31 December 2025, the corporate-tax return is due by 30 September 2026. Late registration can attract an AED 10,000 FTA penalty, and late payment carries a 14% penalty — so the return schedule should be prepared well before the deadline.
Yes. Free zone companies must register for corporate tax and file a return every year. Qualifying Free Zone Persons can benefit from 0% tax on qualifying income, but only if all conditions are met and the filing is done correctly.
Eligible resident businesses with revenue of AED 3 million or below can elect Small Business Relief and pay 0% corporate tax through 2026. You still need to register and file — relief is claimed on the return, not automatic.
Yes. Backlog clean-up is a standard part of onboarding: we reconstruct the missing months, reconcile banks and receivables, and bring you to a clean opening position before the monthly rhythm starts.
All three work well in the UAE. We support Xero, QuickBooks and Zoho Books, and recommend based on your invoicing volume, multi-currency needs and budget. If you're still on spreadsheets, we migrate you during onboarding.
The Wage Protection System requires salaries to be paid through an approved agent so the Ministry of Human Resources can verify timely payment. Our payroll accounting is kept WPS-aligned, so your salary records always match what was actually disbursed.
